Thomas (they/them) is the administrator for the CCR project. They bring professional services experience from the creative arts, higher education and criminal justice sectors, in which they have also undertaken roles supporting and advancing the rights and representation of LGBTQ+ colleagues and service users.
Outside the project, they are a PhD candidate at the University for the Creative Arts; their thesis explores the use of dress and adornment in the self-styled aesthetic expression of non-binary gender identities. They intend their future work to contribute to queer(ed) scholar-activism in teaching and research.
